3. Contract processing

To carry out scanning, digitisation, and archiving projects, we process personal data exclusively in accordance with the legal provisions of the GDPR and the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG).

For project contracts with companies, processing is based on a separate data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Storage duration

Data will only be stored as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or due to legal retention obligations.
